Florist Agreement
Last updated July 9, 2026
This Florist Agreement outlines the general expectations for independent florists who participate in the My Florist Network marketplace. It is designed to support a trustworthy, community-first marketplace where local florists keep control of their business while customers enjoy a consistent, reliable experience.
Florist network participation
Participation in My Florist Network is open to qualified independent florists. As a participating florist, you operate your own business and remain responsible for your products, delivery, pricing, and customer service. My Florist Network provides the marketplace, secure payment processing, and tools that help connect you with customers and sponsors.
Florist account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please keep your contact information current, respond to marketplace communications, and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access so we can help protect your account and your customers.
Store profile accuracy
Your store profile represents your shop to the community. You agree to keep your shop name, description, hours, contact details, and service areas accurate and up to date so customers can find you and order with confidence.
Product and pricing accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, descriptions, and prices. Listings should reflect what you can actually deliver, and prices should be transparent and current. Clear, honest listings help customers trust the marketplace and reduce order issues.
Delivery area management
You define and maintain the neighborhoods, cities, and ZIP codes you serve, along with your delivery fees and cutoff times. Please keep these settings accurate so that orders are only routed to you when you can reliably fulfill them.
Order acceptance rules
When you receive an order within your service area and capabilities, you are expected to accept and fulfill it promptly, or to decline quickly if you cannot. Timely responses keep customers informed and help maintain the reliability of the marketplace, especially during busy periods.
Order transfer rules
Some orders are fulfilled through the florist-to-florist network. When you cannot personally fulfill an order, it may be transferred to another qualified local florist near the recipient, and you may likewise receive transferred orders. The fulfilling florist is responsible for preparing and delivering the arrangement at the value ordered, following the design, substitution, and delivery standards of the marketplace. Transferred orders must be handled with the same care and quality as your own direct orders, and value must be preserved for the customer.
Payment and payout terms
Customer payments are processed securely through the marketplace. Payouts to florists are made according to the payout schedule and methods described in your florist account, net of any applicable marketplace or processing fees. You are responsible for your own taxes and for maintaining accurate records of your transactions.
Customer service requirements
You agree to provide courteous, responsive customer service for the orders you fulfill, including answering reasonable questions and helping resolve issues in good faith. Because you prepare and deliver the product, you are the primary point of care for the customer, with support available from My Florist Network when needed.
Quality expectations
You agree to use fresh, high-quality flowers and materials and to build arrangements that reflect the value and design the customer ordered. Consistent quality protects your reputation and the trust customers place in the entire network.
Photo and listing standards
Photos should honestly represent the arrangements you create and deliver. Please use images you own or are authorized to use, and avoid misleading, low-quality, or stock imagery that does not reflect your actual work.
Use of My Florist Network branding
We may make certain My Florist Network names, logos, and marketing materials available for use in connection with the marketplace. Any such use must follow our brand guidelines and may not imply endorsement beyond your participation. All marketplace branding remains the property of My Florist Network.
Account suspension
We may temporarily suspend a florist account when we identify concerns such as unfulfilled orders, inaccurate listings, quality complaints, or suspected policy violations. Suspension gives us time to review the situation and work with you toward a resolution.
Termination
Either party may end participation in the marketplace. We may terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations of this agreement or applicable policies, and you may choose to leave the network. Outstanding orders and eligible payouts will be handled in accordance with our policies at the time of termination.
Dispute handling
If a dispute arises with a customer or the marketplace, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information so that customer concerns and refund requests can be reviewed transparently and resolved fairly.
