Community Guidelines
Last updated July 9, 2026
My Florist Network is a community-first marketplace that brings together customers, independent local florists, and sponsors. These Community Guidelines set shared expectations for how everyone interacts here so the marketplace stays welcoming, honest, and trustworthy.
Respectful communication
We ask everyone to communicate with courtesy and good faith. Whether you are a customer asking a question, a florist coordinating an order, or a sponsor sharing a promotion, treat others the way you would want to be treated. Disagreements happen, but they should be handled calmly and professionally.
Customer reviews
Reviews help the community make informed choices and help florists improve. Reviews should reflect your genuine, firsthand experience with an order or florist. Please keep feedback honest, relevant, and free of personal attacks, private information, or unrelated content. Constructive reviews, even critical ones, are welcome when they are truthful and fair.
Florist-to-florist communication
Florists often coordinate through the network, including on transferred orders. Communication between florists should remain professional, timely, and focused on serving the customer well. Sharing accurate details and honoring commitments keeps the florist-to-florist network dependable for everyone.
Sponsor content
Sponsors help support the marketplace, and we value transparent sponsor relationships. Sponsored placements and promotions should be clearly presented and should not be disguised as independent customer reviews or neutral recommendations. Sponsor content must be accurate, appropriate for a general audience, and consistent with these guidelines.
No harassment
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, and abusive behavior are not allowed anywhere on the marketplace. This applies to messages, reviews, profiles, and any other interaction between customers, florists, and sponsors. Everyone deserves to participate without fear of mistreatment.
No spam
Please do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited promotional content. Reviews, messages, and profiles should not be used to distribute bulk advertising, misleading links, or off-topic solicitations. Keeping the marketplace free of spam protects the experience for genuine customers and florists.
No fraudulent listings
Listings must be honest and accurate. Florists may not post misleading products, false pricing, deceptive photos, or arrangements they cannot actually deliver. Fraudulent or deceptive listings undermine customer trust and are subject to removal and further action.
No fake reviews
Authentic feedback is essential to a trustworthy marketplace. Do not create fake reviews, solicit reviews from people who did not place an order, offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, or post reviews intended to unfairly harm a competitor. Reviews should always reflect real experiences.
Enforcement actions
When these guidelines are violated, we may take a range of actions depending on the situation. These can include editing or removing content, issuing warnings, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and, where appropriate, involving relevant authorities. We aim to enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently while respecting the privacy of everyone involved. If you see content or behavior that appears to violate these guidelines, please report it through our support channels so we can review it.
